Jeff brings over 15 years of experience as a CFO to C2RO. He has been involved in numerous public and private financings, acquisitions, dispositions and other transactions with a total value of over $1 billion. Jeff McMullen joined JetForm Corporation in 1994 as Controller, eventually becoming Senior VP and CFO and helped grow annual revenues to over $100 million. JetForm was acquired by Adobe in 2002. From 2002 to 2008 Jeff was a CFO consultant to a variety of venture-backed companies in the software, semiconductor and optical spaces. He then joined Irdeto, a world leader in content security, management and delivery for pay media companies. Jeff McMullen is a graduate of the School of Business of Queen’s University and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Riccardo is an entrepreneur with a track record in architecting and building early-stage companies in the enterprise cloud computing space. Most notably, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Diablo Technologies Inc., which he grew to over one hundred employees worldwide and pioneered several Cloud and Virtualization technologies including Software Defined Memory and Memory Channel Storage. His background also includes senior leadership roles at Nortel Networks and Matrox Graphics. Riccardo sits on the Advisory Board of several technology companies and is also a growth coach with District3 Innovation Center. He mentors up and coming entrepreneurs on all aspects of building a business from the ground up, in particular building early customer traction and execution planning. He has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Amir is currently a doctoral researcher at McGill University in the field of Computer vision. He has deep knowledge in intensity image gradients and angular orientation map of the level sets. This accompanied with a profound knowledge of Mathematics, Machine learning and Physics, equipped with high-end software sets and a variety of programming languages, enabled him to address some canonical problems in Computer vision. His engineering background in other hand enabled him to present the application of these theories to solve the real-world problems.
